Focusing, primarily, on the specific strength and conditioning foundations needed to support resilient and efficient biomechanics for running and life fitness, I am able to design a fitness programme to fit your lifestyle. I do ‘walk the talk’ and I can call on a wealth of past experience to help you achieve your goals or prepare for your chosen events.

Initial Assessment [1 hour] plus home exercise plan- £40.00
Initial assessment will establish your strengths, weaknesses and imbalances in order to develop a set of exercises individualised to your needs and goals as well as any injury issues.
Run Smart Sessions
I encourage everyone to join our friendly Run Smart Sessions – a fun and effective way to improve fitness and running – without running! Complete beginners are welcome.
