You are very welcome to contact me to find out more about my classes, coaching or therapies. I can advise you on the best approach whether you are just getting started with exercise or an experienced outdoor warrior.

Usually, clients attend therapy treatments at my home in Great Hale. I am also available for appointments at the Red Roof Clinic in Waddington.

Fitness classes are based at The Memorial Hall, Helpringham.
