I have coached athletes from complete beginner to established adventurer. I focus, primarily, on the specific strength and conditioning foundations needed to support resilient and efficient biomechanics for endurance running. I understand, first hand, both the physical demands of multi-terrain and fell running and the mental, personal confidence required – to compete . I really enjoy partnering with my athletes on their first trail race and beyond.
Personal Training (1 to 1 coaching)
I offer 1 hour, in person, or online sessions, to discuss the challenges getting in the way of your running. Following the session, I may recommend a 6 week exercise program to help correct any imbalances and weaknesses identified. The program can be completed independently or as a 1:1 block with me.
